It is with this in mind that Woehl organises customised training courses every year for all of its staff.
2. Sandwich courses:
This type of training is an established practice in our company. It enables us to host about ten students every year within our teams.
We train them for careers as line-haul managers and transport organisers.
Our achievement: at the end of their training, 70% of the young people join our company.
